Baked Potatoes in Foil
Ingredients
- large Idaho baking potatoes
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Wash potatoes. Dry thoroughly.
Drizzle oil on potatoes and work around each potato.
Season potatoes with salt and pepper on all sides.
Wrap each potato in foil.
Place potatoes in oven and cook for 45-60 minutes, until done.
