2 lbs chicken breasts
2 T melted butter
2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
8 3/4 oz can drained pineapple chunks
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c lemon juice
2 T mustard
1 t soy sauce
Mix last four ingredients together to form glaze.
Place chicken in baking pan, brush w/ button. Sprinkle w/ salt & pepper. Put pineapple chunks and glaze over chicken and cook for 30-40 mins. Baste occasionally.
Cooking time: 40 minutes
