Cajun Sausage, Potatoes, and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • ¾ c chicken broth
  • 12 oz andouille sausage
  • 1 ½ lbs red potatoes
  • 1 ½ lbs green beans
  • 4 t creole seasoning
  • ¾ t kosher salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 4 T butter

Instructions

Put chicken broth in instant pot.

Cut sausage into slices or half moons. Cut red potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Wash & trim the green beans. Add all these ingredients into the instant pot.

Close instant pot and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Yes, 3 minutes! Don't do it longer!

When done, do a quick release of pressure and remove contents.
