Adobo Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • 1 T adobo seasoning
  • 1 T tumeric
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, do not drain
  • 1 can fire roasted diced green chiles
  • ½ c chicken stock

Instructions

Put chicken breasts in instant pot.

Season chicken on both sides. Add tomatoes & chiles. Add chicken stock. Lift chicken to ensure there is liquid beneath.

Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally.

Shred chicken and mix with instant pot contents.
