Spanish Mustard Beef
Ingredients
- 2 lbs thin sliced beef
- 2 T Dijon
- 2 T smoked paprika
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- ¼ c sherry vinegar
- ¼ c light olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Only marinate 1 hour. Cook over high heat to desired doneness.
