1/2 stick butter

In dutch oven on grill, simmer brats in beer (enough to cover), chopped onion, and butter for 20 minutes.

Remove brats from dutch oven and grill brats until golden brown and delicious.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
