Pork & Sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 2-3 lbs pork loin roast
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t paprika
  • ½ garlic powder
  • ½ onion powder
  • 32 oz sauerkraut
  • pepper
  • ¼ t celery seed

Instructions

Season pork on all sides with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.

Heat oil and sauté on all sides until nicely browned.

Add sauerkraut with juice. Add pepper and celery seed.

Cook until pork reaches 160° at center. On high this will take approximately 4 hours.

Remove pork and slice. Return to sauerkraut.

Cooking time: 4 hours
