Cajun Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 ½ lbs andouille sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, rough chop
  • (optional) 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup (I don't like this in anything and leave it out)
  • 1 T (or more!) Creole Seasoning
  • salt

Instructions

Everyone in the pool. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Cooking time: 8 hours
