Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients

    • fresh or frozen cauliflower, chopped into rice-sized pieces
    • eggs
    • white onion
    • green onions
    • carrots
    • bean sprouts
    • corn
    • white pepper
    • light soy sauce
    • oyster sauce

Instructions

Heat oil in wok, cook eggs. Add onions, green onions, carrots, and sprouts and briefly cook.

Add cauliflower and cook until light brown (3-4 minutes).

Add pepper and soy, stir.

Take off heat and add oyster sauce.
