For the sub-floor, I used Dricore's system. Installation was pretty easy.
Dricore says to leave a 1/4" gap around the perimeter to allow for expansion. I decided to use the acoustic caulk in this gap. As the caulk remains pliable, it will permit the movement in the wood.
